k1622逆轉錄試劑盒
Thermo Scientific RevertAid鏈cDNA合成試劑盒包含了足夠進行100次x20 µL反應的試劑。本品是以RNA為模板合成鏈cDNA的完整系統，可合成長達13kb的cDNA。本品含有RiboLock RNase抑制劑，能夠有效保護RNA模板不受降解。
Thermo Scientific RevertAid鏈cDNA合成試劑盒配套提供oligo(dT)18引物和隨機六聚體引物。oligo(dT)18引物可以選擇性地與mRNA中的poly (A)尾結合。隨機六聚體引物無需poly (A)尾，因此可轉錄mRNA 5’-端區域，也可以無poly (A)尾的RNA (如micoRNA)為模板合成cDNA。該試劑盒也可使用基因特異性引物。
