BJT酸霧凈化塔
設備原理:對于腐蝕性氣體(如酸、堿性廢氣)的治理,目前多采用液體吸收法治理。采用液體吸收法治理該廢氣,關鍵在于凈化設備的選擇。目前,我公司自主開發了凈化效率高、操作管理簡單、使用壽命長的酸、堿性廢氣凈化工藝與設備。該工藝與產品具有結構簡單、能耗低、凈化效率高和適用范圍廣的特點,能有效去除氣體(HCl)、氟化氫氣體(HF)、氨氣(NH3)、硫酸霧(H?SO。)、鉻酸霧(CrO,)、氰氫酸氣體(HCN)、堿蒸氣(NaOH)、硫化氫氣體(H2S)、福爾馬林(HCHO)等水溶性氣體。酸霧廢氣由風管引入凈化塔,經過填料層,廢氣與氫氧化鈉吸收液進行氣液兩相充分接觸吸收中和反應,酸霧廢氣經過凈化后,再經除霧板脫水除霧后由風機排入大氣。吸收液在塔底經水泵增壓后在塔頂噴淋而下,最后回流至塔底循環使用。凈化后的酸霧廢氣達到廣東省地方排放標準的排放要求,低于國家排放標準。
設備特點: 本設備采用填料塔對廢氣進行凈化,適合于連續和間歇排放廢氣的治理;工藝簡單,管理、操作及維修相當方便簡潔,不會對車間的生產造成任何影響;適用范圍廣,可同時凈化多種污染物;壓降較低,操作彈性大,且具有很好的除霧性能;塔體可根據實際情況采用FRP/PP/PVC/SUS等材料制作;填料采用高效、低阻的鮑爾環,可地去除氣體中的異味、有害物質等。
結構形式: 本設備分單塔體和雙塔體。采用圓形塔體,用法蘭分段聯接而成。具體由貯液箱、塔體、進風段、噴淋層、填料層、旋流除霧層、出風錐帽、觀檢孔等組成。
產品用途: 本設備可廣泛應用于化工、電子、冶金、電鍍、紡織(化纖)、食品、機械制造等行業過程中排放的酸、堿性廢氣的凈化處理。如調味食品、制酸、酸洗、電鍍、電解、蓄電池等。 -

The process and the product have the characteristics of simple structure, low energy consumption, high purification efficiency and wide application range, and can effectively remove hydrogen chloride gas (HCl), hydrogen fluoride gas (HF), ammonia gas (NH3), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO), Water-soluble gas such as chromic acid mist (CrO), hydrogen cyanide gas (HCN), alkali vapor (NaOH), hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S), formalin (HCHO). The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower by the air duct, and passes through the packing layer. The exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted by the gas-liquid two-phase to absorb the neutralization reaction, and the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, and then dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate. The fan is discharged into the atmosphere. After the bottom of the tower is pressurized by the water pump, the absorption liquid is sprayed on the top of the tower, and finally returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of local emission standards in Guangdong Province and is lower than the national emission standard. Features of the equipment: This equipment uses packed tower to purify the exhaust gas, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent exhaust gas; the process is simple, the management, operation and maintenance are quite convenient and concise, and will not have any impact on the production of the workshop; At the same time purify a variety of pollutants; low pressure drop, high flexibility, and good defogging performance; tower body can be made of FRP/PP/PVC/SUS and other materials according to the actual situation; filler with high efficiency, low resistance of Bauer The ring can completely remove odors, harmful substances and the like in the gas.
