塔吊除銹噴砂機適用于船舶修造、橋梁、礦山、集裝箱、鋼結構、機械、石油管道、冶金、鍋爐、機床、鐵路、機械制造、港口建設、水利工程等行業的金屬工件表面清理、表面前處理、表面清潔，清理金屬工件表面上的鐵銹、氧化皮層、油污、舊油漆層、焊渣、雜質等所有表面殘留物。同時，使金屬工件表面產生適當的粗糙度和毛面，增加表面附著力。另外，也可供皮草、玻璃、石碑及領域的雕刻，噴花加工及所有非金屬工件的表面處理。

塔吊除銹噴砂機操作使用方法：

1、前期準備工作：準備好足夠的空氣流量及額定壓力的空壓機，顆粒均勻干燥的磨料，安全舒適的防護面具（防護衣及頭盔）。

2、連接好氣源、噴砂管、噴頭并確定各處連接是否正確與牢固。

3、打開進氣球閥至罐體內的氣壓達到0.7MPa；檢查各連接處是否漏氣。

4、在罐體內裝入適量的磨料，不要裝太滿（Z多裝至罐體容積的2／3）。

5、握牢噴砂管的前端，打開砂閥，使噴頭以適當的角度（≤45?о）和距離指向需清理的物件表面。

6、當砂罐內磨料噴完后需添加磨料時，或因故障需要停止噴砂時，首先關閉進氣源，再打開排氣球閥排空氣，當氣排完后方可添加磨料或進行維修等事宜的處理工作。
